I have the spinosaurus reserved in everythingdinosaur I hope you contact me. In my case I will buy it without a box, it is much cheaper.

Anyway, thanks! Syndicate Bias.

Syndicate Bias

I'm honestly surprised nothing has come of Papo's 2020 releases literally I would've expected at least a rumour.

Maybe next week

Shonisaurus

avatar_Andreioli @Andreioli Thank you for all the info. I can't wait to buy that beauty / artwork in the collectibles / toy market.

S @Syndicate Bias On the other hand Papo is usually delayed until the end of December / beginning of January in revealing the new figures.

I'm happy to see that the Papo Spinosaurus will be released around the start of December! I really can't wait to receive the one that I've reserved!
I would had prefeared to order it with the box, but the shipping would be too high for me; so I'll order it without the box.

avatar_Everything_Dinosaur @Everything_Dinosaur I have some questions and requests:

- If someone orders the Spinosaurus without the Collectors box, will the model cost less than with the box? Or the person who order it save money just from the shipping costs?

- What do you think of the figure itself? It's similar to the original prototype? Does it have issues of any type?

- Could you post some comparison photos of the model with the CollectA Deluxe Spinosaurus, or with REBOR's Dilophosaurus?

- And could you post some pictures of the Collectors box and what there's written on it? I'll like to see how it looks.

Thanks very much in advance!

Bigger than a camarasaurus,
and with a bite more stronger that the T-Rex bite,
Ticamasaurus is certainly the king of the Jurassic period.

With Balaur feet, dromaeosaurus bite, microraptor wings, and a terrible poison, the Deinoraptor Dromaeonychus is a lethal enemy for the most ferocious hybrid too.

We note the questions.

1) the model will cost £34.99 plus tax (if applicable) whether in a box or not.
2) figure looks good, we have followed this model's progress for the best part of a year, production model very similar to prototypes.
3)  If we post up pics comparisons, they will be on our Facebook page, but this might not be done all that soon we are a bit busy at the moment.

Loon

Is Dan's dinosaurs the only place left to get the spinosaurus? I want the figure, but I'm hoping not to pay $70 for it.

avatar_Loon @Loon In the USA there is a wonderful provider, just as nice and friendly as Dan, and it is Dejankins. I pass you the link of Papo spinosaurus comes with the 2020 novelties of Collecta and Safari:

I hope this helps you, what happens that Dejankins markets his products when he has them physically in his shop.

Even Dan is only 10.00 less. Shipping might be the only place you save in the end, but I had planned on this being a 100.00 figure from the start.  Consider that it probably won't make it to local retail stores ( size/price too much ) and we don't know just how many are being made.

Dan's is 90 USD if I'm not mistaken. Starting at 60 USD on American stores you're better off going through Everything Dinosaur and paying 70 USD.

HappyHenToys is advisable if you're buying two or at least $99+ worth for free shipping.

Dejankins I'd assume will be 70 to 80 USD not really sure I only bought from them once but their shipping shouldnt be that bad.

Le Boutique du dinosaure has the cheapest I believe their shipping is comparable to ED.

I've checked everywhere and these are mostly our options since the German and other Europeam shops are too high in shipping alone to be beneficial for anyone residing in the U.S, Canada etc...

There is BigBadToyStore that has recently started adding Papo figures I asked them but they only told me that they're not sure but more Papos are coming in the few weeks ahead. If they do then I'd suggest them since they have $4 flat rate shipping.

Also avatar_Concavenator @Concavenator just a reminder about that notification alert coming up about the spino soon.

Can't say I'm a fan of how much this figure is turning out to be particularly at the worst time of the year to be setting money aside for myself

S @Syndicate Bias thanks for the reminder! Although I decided not to pick it up finally, the figure itself doesn't really convince me and on top of that I don't want to pay that much for a figure.

Shonisaurus

avatar_Concavenator @Concavenator Concavenator at urzeitshop.de the sale of Papo spinosaurus plus shipping costs € 53.6, at urzeitshop it is much cheaper. If you are still interested, you should buy at urzeitshop.

Concavenator

avatar_Shonisaurus @Shonisaurus I appreciate your notice, but I'm not interested. Thank you nonetheless   :)

Shonisaurus

avatar_Concavenator @Concavenator I understand and understand. Honestly it is money that you save perhaps in the next times of economic crisis that are coming according to my honest understanding quite strong in Europe.

In addition there are other prettier spinosaurus, but in my case it is perhaps one of the prettiest ever made, but perhaps I changed my mind with the Nanmu spinosaurus or the Rebor spinosaurus to give two examples.  :)

Duna

I have two in reservation, one from ED (along with the discontinued Safari nigersaurus) and I will order it without box. And another from the Spanish shop I bought sometimes with the box. It will be cheaper for me to have it with the box this way. I really like that figure a lot.

Alcaiceria is a prestigious store located in Granada where I made several purchases of Mojo dinosaurs specifically and sincerely the treatment is very nice. I cannot be impartial but in my case the Andalusian people are a people that I like very much for their pleasant character. And that opinion is lifelong. They are a noble and friendly people.

Congratulations Duna for commissioning that wonder at Alcaiceria. I hope you get both versions of everythingdinosaur and that Spanish store. For my part I have also commissioned them twice, in urzeitshop and in everythingdinosaur. Hopefully we receive them both without any problem.

It may be unpopular my opinion but honestly Papo spinosaurus is one of the best spinosaurus made in decades and I think I am sincere and I do not exaggerate an iota. That is one of the reasons why I changed my profile picture for Papo spinosaurus photography limited version.

Thanks for the information Duna! I didn't know the existence of that store. Being in Spain probably for me it's more convenient to get one from them, considering the fast and cheap shipping (even with the box)!

You're welcome! The shop has good prices and is also a dealer of Eofauna, very good experience with them. They told me I had to place a reservation on the Spinosaurus (click as you were going to buy it and they will contact you for the payment when they have it on stock). I bought it along other Safari and Collecta figures to get the free shipment. I have asked by email about the box of the Spino.
