Mattel’s latest tyrant lizard toy is the Tyrannosaurus rex All-Terrain Capture Pack, another addition to the Jurassic World Reimagined line.
While certainly not the biggest Mattel T. rex toy, it is definitely one of the beefiest. It comes in a spiffy orange and purple colour scheme and features chomping action.
There’s also a foot trap, a 4×4 tracking vehicle with a removable hood section and launching projectile, and the first Nick Van Owen figure to come along since the 1990s.

Having Nick Van Owen catching a dinosaur in a bear trap is certainly an odd choice…maybe you’re supposed to use the trap on other human figures? That would be more in-character. The T. rex looks like a throwback to the Chaos Effect line, which is a nice touch.
