Nanuqsaurus!!

You called? :P

Anyway, what I'd like to see from Safari:
- More Triassic dinosaurs (such as Eoraptor, Herrerasaurus and Plateosaurus)
- Some Cenozoic reptiles (such as Purussaurus, Megalania, Meiolania and Titanoboa)
- Like others have said, a large Ichthyosaur (Shastasaurus, Shonisaurus for example)
- Large prehistoric fish (such as Leedsichthys or Xiphactinus)
- A new, large Carcharodontosaurus
- More prehistoric mammals

suspsy

I seriously doubt there'll be another Carcharodontosaurus in the near future. If Safari does have a new carcharodontosaurid in the works, it'll probably be either Mapusaurus or Tyrannotitan.

Yeah, I doubt it too, but I can dream :P  It's called ''Hopes and Dreams'' after all. I wouldn't mind some other carcharodontosaurid either of couse, I think Mapusaurus would be really nice. I'd just like to have another large theropod that looks nice along their Tyrannosaurus, Spinosaurus and Giganotosaurus!

Bread

Just hoping for a more updated Postosuchus. Other than that, I am not really picky. Like @suspy and avatar_Nanuqsaurus @Nanuqsaurus said, a Mapusaurus would be excellent.

In a strange and exotic way, I did!

Doug Watson's habits of creating very well fed animals could work for Tyrannotitan.

Mapusaurus is really an underrepresented figure in spite of being quite famous and strongest carnosaur. The only figures available are from collecta and they are not satisfactory. A Safari ltd. figure is highly desirable.

Actually dinosaurs(atleast the more complete ones) that take that title are Giganotosaurus, Carcharodontosaurus, And Saurophaganax

I wouldn't say that Giganotosaurus is underrepresented, as pretty much every manufacturer has released one, and Saurophaganax is far from complete, so much so that it is skeptical that it even exists, many believe it to be Allosaurus.

Concavenator

I have asked Safari if this year they will be releasing any new figures at all, due to this terrible situation we all know very well...and they have told me that yes! That they are planning to announce their 2021 figures around October, just like every year.

That's actually a bit later than usual, isn't it? Still, very good news, thanks for sharing.
In the kingdom of the blind, better take public transit. Well, in the kingdom of the sighted, too, really--almost everyone is a terrible driver.

Well, that WAS the standard reveal date for a while, but it had been steadily creeping into earlier months over the past couple years, so I guess they're just going back to form.

Just got this email, I though I would share.

Hope for more prehistoric mammals this year, and any more Paleozoic creatures would be good. Hopefully the move doesn't delay things too much, maybe by a couple of weeks only.

Looks like Safari Ltd. is partnering with Dino Dana, and is aiming for two releases this Christmas. I bet it's a Trike and a Rex.

It would be the umpteenth versions of triceratops and tyrannosaurus rex on the market if this is true, but it may just be another species of dinosaur or even some other prehistoric animal.

I Sure Hope this does not mean Safari will abandon there own line of Wild Safari models.

I highly doubt it, this just sounds like a side project they are working on, sort of like the Carnegie Collection. The vagueness of the article is somewhat confusing, because it's not exactly clear if this other company is making the figures and Safari is just selling them as well (which Safari already does with other brands), or these are entirely new Safari Ltd. figures. I personally think the former is more likely, but I hope the latter is the correct idea.

I will add that in the research I have done of some of the dinosaur designs for the show, I found this reconstruction~

Wouldn't it be funny if we got a Safari Ltd. figure that looked just like a Schleich figure.

ok, so the t. rex and trike from Dino Dana look cool.

I may buy the rex. Since it's likely gonna be these two.
