Here is the painted prototype of the 1/18 scale Beasts of the Mesozoic Allosaurus fragilis by Matt Holt.
This is definitely going to be one of the best Allosaurus figures yet. Everything about it looks terrific.

Today we’re looking at another highly anticipated new sculpt from the ToyMonster Captivz line, the Monolophosaurus, part of the Dino-Trackers series.
Check this out! Mattel’s Legacy Collection Reimagined Roarin’ Real Feel Carnotaurus (geez, that’s a long title) follows in the footsteps of the Tyrannosaurus rex Off-Road Tracker Pack by replicating the colour scheme of Kenner’s Jurassic Park Series 2 “Demon.”
Not only is it a more accurate representation of Carnotaurus, it also features electronic roaring.
There is no shortage of Pachyrhinosaurus toys. As ceratopsian toys go it is only outnumbered by Triceratops and Styracosaurus, which have been more popular for far longer than Pachyrhinosaurus. But here’s the thing, all those Pachyrhinosaurus toys represent the same species, P.
Rebor has recently revealed their latest sculpt, “Cream,” based on the Vastatosaurus rex from the 2005 film King Kong. The Mountain version reflects the three that were shown on screen.
And the more sinister Skullwalker version appears to have been influenced by the Skullcrawlers from 2017’s Kong Skull Island (which was a much better and more fun film in my book).
The very first time I laid eyes on the Early Cretaceous ankylosaurian known as Polacanthus was at a birthday party when I was only four or five years old. I can’t rightly recall if it was my own or some other child’s, but I’ll never forget that wrapping paper.

Meet Maxim the Baryonyx walkeri, PNSO’s fifth reveal for this year. While there’s been no shortage of toys of humble plumber William Walker’s heavy claw over the years, Maxim might well be the best one yet, especially with that superbly sculpted dentition!
Have a peek at this pointy pair! It’s Saichania, the well-known ankylosaurid from the Nemegt Formation of Mongolia.
Saichania means “beautiful,” and whether in grey or red, it’s definitely living up to its name here. Well played once again, Haolonggood!

I, Emperor Dinobot, am also fond of plush prehistoric fauna. When I read that Little Softs were offering a quirky, newly described Scottish rhamphorhynchid, I had to jump into it. It is very bittersweet for me to be writing this review, though, and I will explain so later.
