Arthropleura armata is an extinct species of millipede that lived in North America and Europe during the Carboniferous Period. Millipede figures are rare in toy/model/figure form, and if you have all your fingers intact, you can count on one hand the number of such figures available!

Last year, Safari Ltd unveiled and released a Feathered Tyrannosaurus rex that was widely praised for keeping up with the most recent findings. While Safari already has a Triceratops figure that was released back in 2007, it was starting to show its age, what with many of the recent findings.

The Early Cretaceous Wessex formation in England is rich in vertebrate fossils, including dinosaurs like Baryonyx and Iguanodon, pterosaurs like Caulkicephalus, many kinds of fish, and even some fragments of small mammals.
