Following up on last year’s Tyrannocon Rex vs JP93 set, Hasbro has revealed a second Jurassic Park-inspired Transformers Collaborative two-pack. Behold the vicious Decepticon Dilophocon vs the mighty (or perhaps not so much) Autobot JP12!
As you can see, Dilophocon transforms from a venom-spitting, frilled Dilophosaurus to a robot warrior armed with a heavy laser blaster.

Relative newcomer Haolonggood has been on something of a role these last two months, unveiling a series of highly impressive prehistoric figures, each one available in two different colour schemes, that easily rival anything from the other companies. Here’s hoping that this happy trend continues, and that Haolonggood gets wider distribution!

PNSO’s third reveal for 2023 is a third giant carcharodontosaur: Mila the Mapusaurus. While it is hoped that the next reveal will be a prehistoric animal from a different branch of the vast evolutionary hedge, there can be no doubt that Mila looks smashing.

LEGO is marking the 30th anniversary of Jurassic Park with five new sets based on scenes from the film, including the first ever Brachiosaurus figure. These are all slated for release on June 1.

PNSO’s second reveal for the year is Mungo the Meraxes! This giant carcharodontosaur was only described in 2022, so props to PNSO for being on top of the latest paleontology news. The grey colour scheme is pretty cool too, a welcome change from previous PNSO theropods.
